Country Music Star John Michael Montgomery Injured In A Motor Vehicle Accident In Campbell County (Campbell County, TN)

According to the Tennessee Highway Patrol, Country music star John Michael Montgomery was injured after his bud overturned in Campbell County. 

The officials reported that Montogomery and his team were traveling to a concert in North Carolina when the accident occurred.

The star was traveling in a 2001 Prevost Featherlite on Interstate 75 South near the Teneessee- Kentucky state line. 

Officials stated that the vehicle hit an embankment and overturned. 

The officials reported that the star suffered broken ribs and minor cuts due to the accident and others from the bus were also injured. 

No additional information regarding the motor vehicle accident was provided by the THP.
