An accident between a semi-truck and a van shut down all lanes of State Route 432 in Longview, officials say.
Washington State Trooper Will Finn reported about the collision through a tweet shortly before 9:30 a.m. on Thursday. He said that the crash blocked all lanes near milepost five. In an hour’s time, the roadway was only partially closed for clean-up.
Medics shifted the driver of the van to a local hospital with non-serious injuries. There were no details on the reason of to the crash.
Authorities urged the public to avoid the affected area and adopt known alternate routes.
