A North Las Vegas man lost his life in Saturday motorcycle crash on Lake Mead Boulevard just east of the I-15 underpass, as per NHP.

Medics shifted Casey Marshall Field, 40, to UMC Trauma after the deadly accident just before 11 a.m. However, he succumbed to injuries sustained in the accident. The crash happened at Lake Mead and Yale Street.

NHP reports that Field could not negotiate a curve in the roadway and hit the curb on the north side of the street as he moved westbound on Lake Mead. He was traveling on a white Suzuki GXS-R motorcycle.

Moreover, an investigation into the crash is still ongoing.
