On Monday afternoon, two people sustained injuries following a two-vehicle crash on San Bernardino Avenue and Poplar Avenue.
The incident took place at around 4:34 p.m. on San Bernardino Avenue and Poplar Avenue. Reports revealed that a Cadillac CTS was heading east on San Bernardino when it failed to yield at a stop sign on Poplar Avenue and broadsided a Ford F150, Officer Daniel Romero mentioned.
On arrival, first responders rushed him to a local hospital for moderate injuries. The San Bernardino County Fire Department freed the Ford Driver. As per reports, the driver suffered major head trauma and was transported to a local hospital in critical condition. As of now, the authorities believe that the Cadillac driver was driving under the influence of alcohol.
An investigation is continuing.
