Boy hospitalized after a bicycle crash in Sylmar (Los Angeles, CA)

A boy believed to be around 10 years old suffered injuries following a single-vehicle accident in Sylmar.

As per the initial information, the bicycle crash took place a little after 6 p.m. in the 12400 block of Valley Vista Way. The early reports showed that the boy was involved in a mountain bike crash and he reportedly fell from his bicycle.

On arrival, medical personnel transported the juvenile to a nearby hospital with unspecified injuries. The events that have led up to the accident remain unknown at this time. No other details are immediately available.

An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
