Authorities respond to a traffic collision on 14th Street (Columbus, GA)

First responders actively responded to a traffic crash in which a car has rolled on 14th Street.

The incident happened in the 1400 block of 14th Street at around 2:15 p.m. Thursday afternoon. According to the eyewitnesses, the car flipped after colliding with a boat parked on the side of the road. The cause of the crash remains unknown at this time. It is also unclear if the crash resulted in any injuries.

Police are asking motorists to avoid the affected area as they are working at the scene. WRBL has a crew on scene and is gathering more information in connection to the accident. No other details are immediately available.

An investigation is ongoing at this time.
