Authorities identified 68-year-old Herman Hutton who died after a pedestrian crash at Grant and Oracle (Tucson, AZ)

Authorities identified 68-year-old Herman Hutton as the man who lost his life after being struck by a vehicle on Nov. 8.

The investigation reports showed that 68-year-old Herman Hutton was killed when a maroon 2013 Chevrolet 3500 truck struck him while he was crossing the road near Grant and Oracle. According to eyewitnesses, the truck had a green light when Hutton walked into the intersection against the traffic light.

Impairment on the part of the driver did not contribute to the crash. No charges will be filed against the driver of the vehicle. No other details have been provided by the officials.

An investigation continues.
