Authorities identified 65-year-old Hajric Mirsad as the man who lost his life following a multi-vehicle wreck Sunday morning in Phoenix.

As per the initial information, the three-car pile-up took place near Northern and 31st avenues in phoenix. The investigation reports showed that the driver of a sedan crossed the median at around 10:20 a.m. and collided with a mini-van going the opposite direction.

Just then, another sedan struck the back of the mini-van that had already crashed. The driver of the mini-van was identified by police as Hajric Mirsad. Two men were rushed to the hospital with serious injuries. No other details are available.

The investigation is ongoing.
