Authorities identified 43-year-old Jennifer Sue Shaffer, of Henderson, as the woman who lost her life following a rollover crash Sunday on I-15.
As per the initial information, officers actively responded to the scene at around 6 p.m. after getting reports of a single-car accident. The investigation reports showed that Jennifer Sue Shaffer was heading northbound on I-15 near the Las Vegas Boulevard off-ramp, south of the Las Vegas Valley.
The reports further revealed that her 2020 Nissan Maxima failed to negotiate a curve, flipping over on the side of the road. She was ejected from the vehicle as she was not buckled up at the time of the accident. She was declared dead at the scene. No other details are available.
An investigation is ongoing.
