Authorities identified 34-year-old Molly Lally who died after a three-car wreck near Lynwood (Lynnwood, WA)

Authorities identified 34-year-old Molly Lally, of Edmonds, who lost her life near Lynnwood following a three-car accident on Monday night.

The Snohomish County Medical Examiner’s Office identified Molly Lally, 34, on Wednesday. The investigation reports showed that two 18-year-olds were driving cars westbound on 164th Street Southwest at about 10:30 p.m. Monday when one of the cars T-boned the victim’s vehicle at the intersection of 25th Avenue West. Lally succumbed to her injuries at the scene.

An 18-year-old woman who was driving one of the other cars and a passenger, a 17-year-old girl, were transported to Providence Regional Medical Center Everett with minimal injuries. The 18-year-old man driving the third car stayed at the scene after the wreck. Lally died of blunt force injuries, as per the medical examiner.

An investigation is ongoing.
