Authorities identified 28-year-old Daniel S Abraham who died after a pedestrian crash on I-90 (Snoqualmie, WA)

Officials identified 28-year-old Daniel S Abraham, a resident of Kent, as the man who lost his life after being struck by a semi-truck while walking in lane one of the eastbound lanes of Interstate 90.

The fatal pedestrian accident took place at about 6:36 a.m. on Sunday near mile post 43 in King County. At this time, it is unknown why the man was walking along the freeway. The investigation showed that the pedestrian was wearing dark clothing.

Daniel S Abraham suffered major injuries and was declared dead at the scene by the officials. No other details are immediately available.

An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
