According to the California Highway Patrol, a motor vehicle crash that took place in Monterey County claimed the life of a person on Monday. The officials confirmed that a single vehicle was involved in the crash.
At around 9:15 a.m., a motor vehicle crash occurred on northbound Highway 101 and Spence Road. The number of vehicles involved in the crash is unknown, but at least one person was pronounced dead.
The identity of the dead is not yet disclosed. It is not yet known if alcohol or drugs played a role in the crash. The cause of the fatal crash is still being investigated. No further information is available at the moment.
