According to the California Highway Patrol, a fatal crash was reported in Antelope Valley. Officials confirmed that at least one person died and four others were injured due to the motor vehicle accident.
Authorities stated that the collision occurred on Highway 138, near the intersection of 110th Street. A big rig had overturned on the side of the road.
As a result of this, several persons had to be airlifted from the mangled Jeep. Four people sustained critical injuries due to the wreck and one person was killed.
Insights into how the collision occurred remain unknown. The cause of the accident is yet to be determined. The crash continues to be investigated by the CHP.
