The Temple Police Department responded to a motor vehicle crash that injured a person. The crash happened on southbound I-35 near Industrial Blvd. and Nugent Avenue.
According to the police, a vehicle lost control and hit an 18-wheeler parked on the side of the road.
The vehicle driver was taken to the hospital in serious condition but not life-threatening injuries. A passenger in the vehicle and the 18-wheeler driver was not injured in the crash.
