Officials state that a multi-vehicle collision involving 2 vehicles took place on Saturday afternoon. Police officers state that the accident took place along Culebra Road when a driver swerved to avoid a collision.
Another car exiting from the neighborhood pulled out in front of an eastbound driver while the traffic was moving very quickly. The eastbound driver swerved to avoid a collision but ended up crashing head-on into a third, other vehicle.
According to the police, there were no serious injuries sustained by the 5 people involved in the crash. However, the eastbound driver and passenger were trapped inside their vehicle and required Emergency Services to pull them out.
Most occupants were taken to a nearby hospital to determine if any injuries were serious.
