Alcohol a factor in UTV crash that hospitalized 4 people (West Richland, WA)

The Benton County Sheriff’s Office says alcohol was a major factor in a UTV crash early Sunday morning in West Richland. The accident sent four people to the hospital.

The Benton County Sheriff’s Office said that the UTV crashed near Canal Dr. in West Richland at about 2:30 a.m.

The UTV was carrying five people when the crash took place. However, medics shifted four of them to the hospital.

Officials say that a few victims suffered “serious injuries” in the crash. However, they did not provide any information on the conditions of the four hospitalized people.

The Benton County Sheriff’s Office will look into this crash.
