A woman killed after a car went over an overpass and crash-landed on Atlanta BeltLine below (Atlanta, GA)

A woman lost her life after the vehicle she was in went over an overpass and fell down on Atlanta BeltLine below.

As per the initial information, the fatal car crash took place at around 4:30 p.m. at Ralph David Abernathy and Cascade Road. An eyewitness at the scene informed that they just had a conversation with the woman who died. The witness added that the woman had just departed from the parking lot of the shopping Centre.

Just then, her vehicle went off the road, for unknown reasons, crashed through the fence along Ralph David Abernathy and fell down on the Atlanta Belt Line below. The female driver received major injuries and was later pronounced dead by the authorities. The crash did not cause any injuries. The identity of the woman remains undisclosed at this time.

Investigators are trying to find out why the car veered off the road.
