One person lost their life after being struck by a car overnight in Memphis.
As per the initial information, the fatal auto-pedestrian accident took place in the 1500 block of Hollywood. Authorities confirmed that they received a call about the crash at about 2:44 a.m. At this time, officials have not provided any description of the driver or the car involved in the collision.
The circumstances surrounding the crash remain unknown at this time. It is unknown if the pedestrian was using a marked crosswalk or not at the time of the accident. No other details are immediately available.
