A vehicle hit and killed a male pedestrian in Olympia; driver sought (Olympia, WA)

On Friday, a man lost his life after being struck by a vehicle in Olympia.

As per the initial information, officers actively responded to the 3400 block of Martin Way East at about 2:45 a.m. after getting reports of a hit-and-run crash. The early reports showed that a person found a bleeding man in the middle of the road.

The man was later declared dead at the scene by the officials. Officials found out that the pedestrian was hit by a vehicle. Officers are looking for the driver of the hit-and-run vehicle. No other details are immediately available.

The incident remains under active review.
