A pedestrian died after being fatally struck by a vehicle on I-80 in Reno.
Nevada Highway Patrol is investigating the auto-pedestrian collision in which one person was killed. The incident took place shortly before 10 p.m. on Interstate 80 west between the Virginia Street and Keystone Avenue exits.
As per preliminary reports, a person was hit and killed, but it is unknown at this time that how many vehicles were involved in the accident. The identity of the deceased will be revealed after notifying the next of kin. Traffic is down to one lane for investigation process.
The crash remains under active review.
