On Saturday morning, a person was injured following a two-vehicle crash on Monte Vista Avenue and Mission Boulevard.
As per the initial information, the incident took place on Monte Vista Avenue and Mission Boulevard. The Montclair Fire and Montclair Police arrived at the scene at around 1:45 a.m. On arrival, responding officers found two vehicles with a trapped occupant. The firefighters then extricated the victim within fifteen minutes.
An AMR ambulance rushed the patient to a local hospital in an unknown condition. When the ambulance was heading to the hospital, responders were performing CPR. The identity of the injured victims remains undisclosed.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
