On Saturday night, four people suffered injuries following a traffic collision in Otisco Township.
As per the initial information, the single-vehicle crash took place near North Whites Bridge Road and 5 Mile Road in Otisco Township shortly before 9:10. The early reports showed that the driver veered to avoid a downed branch on a trail when he failed to maintain control of his car and crashed into a tree head-on.
There were three passengers in the car at the time of the accident. On arrival, emergency personnel rushed all the four victims to the hospital with non- critical injuries. Speed is believed to be a factor in the collision. No other details are available.
An investigation is ongoing.
