On Tuesday morning, one person suffered injuries following a solo-vehicle crash near Decatur.
As per the initial information, officers quickly responded to the area of Decatur Boulevard and Vegas Drive at about 6:20 a.m. after getting reports of a crash. The preliminary investigation revealed that the involved car came to stop on top of other vehicles in a commercial parking lot.
On arrival, emergency crews took the man to UMC Trauma with non-critical injuries. Impairment is not believed to be involved in the accident. The circumstances surrounding the collision remain unknown at this time. No other details are immediately available.
An investigation into the crash is continuing.
