Four lanes of Interstate 5 southbound were blocked after a semi-truck accident near Tukwila.
As per the initial information, the single-vehicle accident took place on I-5 near Tukwila. The early reports revealed that the semi-truck rolled over, blocking almost the entire road near State Route 518. At this time, it is unknown if anyone suffered injuries as a result of the crash. Traffic was moving in the HOV lane.
According to the officials, the closure was expected to last for multiple hours. Drivers were advised to expect delays. The southbound I-405 and SR 518 ramps to southbound I-5 were also blocked after the accident. Multiple agencies responded to the scene. No other details are available.
