On Sunday afternoon, one person lost their life following a single-vehicle rollover accident in southwest Memphis.
As per the initial information, the fatal incident took place in the 2000 block of W. Shelby Drive at about 1:30pm. In which only one truck was involved. The preliminary reports revealed that a truck rolled over into a creek in southwest Memphis near the Tennessee – Mississippi border.
Officers confirmed that one person was killed as a result of the crash. The events that have led up to the collision remain unknown at this time. The authorities will release the identity of the deceased after notifying the next of kin.
The crash remains under active investigation.
