A semi-truck driver suffered injuries in a rollover crash on Interstate 80 off-ramp on Thursday.
The incident happened at about 3 a.m. at Alamo Drive. The semi-truck fell down the freeway and ended up crashing to the rail at the base of an overpass. Consequently, the driver sustained internal injuries. However, officers expect that he will be fine. Meanwhile, authorities are working to find the cause that led to the crash. The incident left lots of debris in the area. Traffic crews reopened the road for traffic by 6 a.m.
The incident is under investigation.
