On Wednesday, a 65-year-old Everett man suffered major injuries following a rollover crash near 44th Avenue West and 164th Street Southwest.
According to the reports, the man was traveling northbound on 44th Avenue West at about 1:30 p.m. when his vehicle rolled over for reasons that are yet to be known and crashed into the retention wall near an apartment complex. Reports further added that the man was going uphill when the vehicle rolled over.
On arrival, emergency personnel took the victim to Swedish Edmonds Hospital with serious injuries. He was reportedly the only occupant of the vehicle. The incident caused the closure of roads between 164th Street Southwest and 168th Street Southwest. Authorities are trying to determine whether speed caused the man to lose control of his vehicle.
