On Sunday, four-month-old Elanie Barraba, a resident of Salinas, died following a rollover accident on Interstate 15.
As per the initial reports, the fatal two-vehicle crash occurred at around 12:56 p.m. on the northbound lanes of the freeway, south of Oak Hill road.
