A pickup truck crashed into a gas pump and caused damage in Bossier City.
According to reports, responders are on the scene and a cleanup is ongoing in the area. The incident took place at around 1:30 a.m. at the Shell station at Barksdale Boulevard and Jimmie Davis Highway. According to bystanders, a woman initially crashed into the pump and then collided with a utility pole causing major damage. SWEPCO crews were on the scene at about 6 a.m. to repair some of the damage. It is unknown if the woman suffered injuries as a result of the collision.
An investigation is underway.
