On Thursday, a multi-vehicle pile-up injured 1 person on Interstate 15.
As per the preliminary information, the incident took place at around 9 a.m. on the northbound of the freeway, south of State Route 60. Investigation of the crash revealed that three vehicles were involved in the wreck. One person had a cut in the head as result of crash, but it was unknown if that person required hospitalization or not.
Officers shut down multiple lanes for an hour while they cleared the crash scene. The authorities managed to reopen the freeway at around 10 a.m. No further details have been provided by the authorities.
The wreck remains under active review.
