On Saturday morning, lanes were shut down following a multi-vehicle accident on 14 Freeway and 5 Freeway.
The first responders got information of the crash at around 11:15 a.m. The incident took place on the southbound 14 Freeway and 5 Freeway in which four vehicles were involved. According to the initial reports, a person was pinned in their vehicle after the crash.
On arrival, responders confirmed that no one was trapped as a result of the accident. Responders also clarified that they did not take anyone to the hospital. By 11:45 a.m., the wreck led to the closure of two lanes on the southbound 14 Freeway just before the 5 Freeway. No other details are immediately available.
An investigation is ongoing at this time.
