On Tuesday afternoon, a man lost his life and 3 others received injuries after a multi-vehicle accident in west Phoenix.
As per the Phoenix Fire Department, crews immediately responded to information of a wreck involving three vehicles at 38th Drive and Indian School Road just before 2 p.m. According to Fire officials, three vehicles violently collided with one another and caused serious injuries to three people.
As a result of the crash, a man also succumbed to his injuries at the scene. On arrival, paramedics rushed the other three men to the hospital in critical condition. The identities of all the victims involved in the wreck remain undisclosed at this time.
An investigation is underway.
