On Saturday morning, three people were injured following a multi-vehicle accident on 55 Freeway and Victoria Street.

The crash took place on southbound 55 Freeway at Victoria Street at about 11:25 a.m. According to the initial information, five vehicles were involved in the wreck. As per the reports, the responders evaluated five people at the crash scene following which they took three patients to area trauma centers.

The extent of injuries sustained by all the victims is not known at this time. The circumstances that have led up to the accident also remain unclear. No information is available regarding the vehicles that were involved in the wreck.
