A multi-vehicle accident injured 1 person on 105 Freeway (Norwalk, CA)

On Saturday, a person received injuries following a multi-vehicle accident on 105 Freeway.

The incident took place at 3:25 a.m. near the 605 Freeway. According to officials, a car slammed into the center divider of the transition road from the westbound of 105 Freeway to the northbound of 605 Freeway. On arrival, first responders immediately took the victim to St. Francis Medical Center in Lynwood.

The initial crash caused another crash in which at least five other vehicles were involved. The authorities stated that no other people were transported to any area hospitals. The identity of the injured victim remains undisclosed at this time.

The crash remains under investigation.
