On Wednesday night, the police immediately responded to a major traffic accident near Hesperian Boulevard and West Street.
As per the police, the incident led to the closure of the southbound lanes on Hesperian between Middle Lane and La Playa Drive, but the northbound lanes of Hesperian Boulevard remained open for traffic. It is not clear how many vehicles were involved in the crash, how many people received injuries and their current at this time. As of now, the circumstances that have resulted in the crash remain unknown.
The authorities are looking into the cause that led to the crash.
