A major accident near Cedar Avenue and Baseline Road caused injuries to multiple people on Monday.
The Rialto PD and Rialto Fire both proactively responded to the incident near N Cedar Avenue and Baseline Road. On arrival, they found an SUV with major damage and a person trapped inside the vehicle while two others injured, the officers revealed.
Responders removed the passenger of the SUV and transported the victim to a local hospital in serious condition while taking the other two victims to the hospital with minimal injuries. Officers shut down the intersection of Cedar and Baseline.
An investigation is ongoing at this time.
