A hit-and-run crash injured 1 person on Interstate 90 (Issaquah, WA)

On Thursday morning, one person suffered minimal injuries following a hit-and-run accident on Interstate 90.

The incident took place just after 9:30 a.m. wherein two vehicles were involved. According to reports, a person driving a gray van collided with a tractor on Interstate 90 and fled the area on foot.

Troopers confirmed that the van struck one of the Washington State Department of Transportation’s mowing tractors on eastbound I-90, near State Route 900. The driver of the tractor sustained minor injuries as a result of the collision. Officials partially closed the off ramp to SR 900. Troopers are actively searching the driver of the van.

An investigation is continuing.
