Injuries were reported following a multi-vehicle accident Monday evening in Carson City.
As per the initial information, the hit-and-run crash took place at about 5:20 p.m. on Highway 50 and Deer Run Road. Multiple agencies actively responded to the scene on reports of a wreck involving at least three vehicles.
A driver, who reportedly left the scene in the 4600 block of Highway 50 East, was detained by the authorities. The circumstances surrounding the crash remain unclear. It is also unknown how many people were injured, and what is the severity of those injuries. No other details are available.
