A person died in a fiery wreck on Santa Anita Avenue and Valley Boulevard on Wednesday night at about 7:15 p.m. in North of Valley Boulevard.
A southbound Toyota 4Runner was going across the center median. Then, it smashed into a northbound Cadillac sedan and caught fire.
Resultantly, the driver of the 4Runner died after sustaining life-threatening injuries at the scene.
Meanwhile, emergency crew moved four passengers inside the Cadillac to a hospital for minimal injuries.
Later, authorities shut down the affected roads for investigation.
