On Thursday evening, one person was killed following a fiery crash in Bexar County.
The fatal single-vehicle accident took place on Benton City Road and I-35. Von Ormy police actively responded to the crash scene after getting reports of a vehicle that had rolled over. On arrival, they found the vehicle engulfed in flames.
Bexar County deputies helped the responding officers. Authorities confirmed that one person had died of their injuries at the scene. No other vehicles were reportedly involved in the crash. Officials did not report any injuries as a result of the accident.
The events that led up to the crash remains under investigation.
