A bicyclist died following a two-vehicle DUI collision on Oceanside Boulevard and Beverly Glen Drive on Saturday morning.
According to Oceanside Police Department, the fatal incident took place at around 2:00 a.m. on Oceanside Boulevard and Beverly Glen Drive wherein a vehicle and a bicycle were involved. As per reports, a westbound vehicle hit the bicyclist on Oceanside Boulevard. On arrival, authorities declared the victim deceased. Officers arrested the driver on suspicion of DUI and seized the suspect vehicle for investigation. As of now, the cause that led to the crash remains unknown. Officials did not reveal the identity of the deceased at this time.
