Road closures were reported following a deadly crash on Wednesday afternoon in Cedar Park.
As per the initial information, the fatal traffic accident was reported at about 3:45 p.m. at the 183A Toll at Brushy Creek. At 4:40 PM., officials confirmed that the collision led to a fatality. It is unknown how many vehicles in total were involved in the crash.
Initially, authorities shut down the on-ramp to southbound 183A at Whitestone Boulevard. Later, they also blocked the eastbound lanes at Cougar Avenue and Brushy Creek Road to give way to the investigation. No other information has been provided.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
