Nevada Highway Patrol identified a 32-year-old Christopher Shaw who lost his life following a fatal rollover crash at Stead Blvd earlier this month.
Investigators mentioned that a blue Ford Expedition was heading northbound on US-395 and exited the highway via Stead Blvd at a high rate of speed. The driver failed to maintain the lane travel and when overcorrecting, the car spun and flipped over into the dirt shoulder. Authorities named the deceased as Christopher Shaw, a 32-year-old Reno resident. He was pronounced dead on the scene. Authorities are still trying to determine the exact cause that led to the crash.
An investigation is continuing.
