A fatal wreck involved four cars crash claimed life of a person and has forced Spokane Valley deputies to shut down eastbound Sprague near Fancher Road while westbound I-90 onramp from Sprague is also blocked.
Traffic Unit investigators are at the crash site investigating. Authorities mentioned that one person died due to the crash and advised motorists to use alternate routes through the area. At this time, the cause and circumstances that led to the crash remain unknown. Officials have not provided any additional information regarding the wreck.
An investigation is ongoing at this time.
