On Thursday morning, an accident involving an 18-wheeler led to injuries and shut down Hesters Crossing in Round Rock.
As of 6:40 a.m., Hesters Crossing Road has opened again for traffic. A wreck involving an 18-wheeler blocked Hesters Crossing Road in Round Rock. The incident took place at about 1:50 a.m. Police say that Hesters Crossing Road is blocked between the southbound I-35 frontage road to Rawhide Drive due to a fuel spill.
On arrivals, medics transported both the drivers to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Police mentioned that it would take about five hours to clear the wreckage. Authorities advised the motorists to avoid the affected area as crews continue to investigate.
