On Monday morning, there were reports of a crash involving a semi-truck in Phoenix.
As per the initial information, the single-vehicle accident took place near the Loop 101 and State Route 51. The early reports showed that a semi-truck collided with a freeway wall in Phoenix for reasons that are yet to be known.
It is unknown if anyone suffered injuries or required hospitalization as a result of the collision. The ramp from SR-51 northbound to the westbound Loop 101 was shut down while crews worked at the scene. The circumstances surrounding the crash also remain unclear.
An investigation is underway.
