On Thursday, a woman was transported to a hospital after a crash in Pima County.
As per the initial information, Green Valley Fire District crew and Pima County Sheriff’s deputies actively responded to South Camino Del Sol and West Canoa Ranch Road at around 8:30 a.m. after getting reports of an accident involving a golf cart.
A woman, who was in her 60s, was shifted to a Tucson hospital with head injuries. No other vehicles were involved in the crash. The events that have led up to the accident remain unknown at this time. The identity of the injured victim also remains undisclosed.
An investigation is underway.
