On early Tuesday, a bicyclist sustained serious injuries following an accident near Grant and Swan, July 13.
According to the Tucson Police Department, Grant from Swan to Belvedere, was shut down for several hours due to the crash. It is unknown if any other vehicle was involved in the collision. The cause and circumstances that have led up to the crash remain unknown at this time. The age and gender of the injured cyclist is not known as of now. No additional details have been provided by the officials.
Authorities will continue to investigate the cause that resulted in the accident.
