  • 62-Year-Old Man Died After A Motorcycle Crash On Oakville Waltz Road (Monroe County, MI)

Authorities responded to a motorcycle crash that claimed an Adrian man’s life on Wednesday night. At 11:42 p.m., the accident occurred on Oakville Waltz road near Turtle Hill road in London Township. 

According to the troopers, a 62-year-old Adrian man was driving his Harley Davidson on Oakville Waltz road. He lost control along a curve, traveled off the road, and crashed into a ditch.

He was ejected from his motorcycle following the collision and suffered fatal injuries. The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene. 

It is unclear if drugs or alcohol are a factor in the crash. The crash remains under investigation. 

Anyone with information regarding the crash is asked to contact Trooper Cole Martin of the Michigan State Police Monroe Post at 734-242-3500.

The crash scene was assisted by Monroe Community Ambulance, The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office, Maybee, and Rainsinville Fire departments.
