53-year-old man seriously injured after a motorcycle crash in Detroit (Detroit, MI)

On Friday, a 53-year-old man suffered serious injuries following a two-vehicle collision in Detroit.

As per the initial information, the motorcycle crash took place at about 5:15 a.m. on Fort Street. The early reports showed that a 30-year-old man was driving a Ford F-550 pickup truck when he unintentionally sideswiped a motorcycle.

Due to the impact, the motorcycle rider was trapped underneath the truck. On arrival, paramedics rescued and rushed the man to a nearby hospital in temporary serious condition. The identity of the injured victim has not been revealed. No additional information has been provided.

The cause of the crash is under investigation.
